SAP Migration to Cloud for Business Optimization

This client is a large manufacturing business in South Africa with capacity of half million tons a year for all its product lines including steel, copper, aluminum etc. It has 9 group companies and 2500 employees including 250 office staff distributed at 5 locations. They have been struggling with its on-premises SAP implementation with unhappy users across all levels. This resulted in impacting business and downtime almost on daily basis e.g., users not able to close Sales Orders, dispatch getting delayed by days at times and several other examples.

VA North Star project team did a gap analysis and delivered a roadmap with quick fixes to stabilize the environment and a long term business strategy to enhance and further scale up its SAP B1 Hana application, its core business ERP.
